Since my last Physio session I have literally been sitting inside and doing rehab. The exercises I was given last Thursday were quite challenging at first but as time went on they became easier.
Today was my next scheduled physio session and I have walked out of there super stoked. I have been given a few more exercises and my knees are feeling even better. The wall squats I was given last session have been increased a little by putting a balance mat under my feet. I have also been given lunges with the balance mat under my front foot and on top of that today I was put onto a stationary bike!
Got another 4 days of these exercises and then I am back in to see the physio.
